I´m a yo-yo. I lost 10kg, got 20kg, lost again 10kg (now I´m +10kg from where I started) and apparently gaining again if I don´t do something fast....

This is news to me! Tina Turner who has been living in Switzerland for 20 years or so has finally given up her U.S. Citizenship! She said she has has Swiss citizenship for some time and does not have any intention to live in the U.S. again. Oh Well, she can still sing.

Yes, time does fly. I spent 20 years in the Military and will have been here 20 years in January. Doesn't seem possible that much time has passed.
