Saw a thing on F&F this morning, they say if you get LESS than 7 hours sleep you are 3 times more prone to catch a cold (get sick). AND chicken soup DOES help a cold, but OJ doesn't.

I'm going to fix the extra bedroom up for me to sleep in. Black out the windows, stuff like that. Try to make it where I get enough sleep.
