There was an episode of Hairy Bikers a while back that was all about how to prepare road kill. Pretty interesting. I saw that. Pretty good show.

OK, in answer (Sort of) Todd's question here are the numbers from the last three years.
TOTAL post count for year:
2010 = 105-715
2011 = 90,336
2012 = 124,160
Total three year post count 320,211 posts.
SO that gives us an average of 106,737 posts per year or 2965 posts per month average.

Nothing today. I had a couple come in yesterday and a custom is due next week. I thought I would do some housecleaning today. I have to vacuum the space on my shelf where the new Scrap Yard knife is going to be and get rid of the thick layer of dust.
