All I do is fry them on my big cast iron pan with olive oil and some sea salt and pepper. Very simple and really tasty.

I do the same thing from time to time, I use them for fajitas.

We were out about an hour from home and ate at a nice bar/pub. Darn good food, I had beer battered fish and my wife had the shaved steak and onion sandwich. They had awesome fresh cut fries, skin on.
