I dot have many hangups when it comes to food. as long as it's really food and not "will he eat it" then I usually good to go. of course a regular ole ribeye is king.

Rice is the key, you can't have to much moisture in it, it will gum up as soon as it hits the wok. For the cost I find it so much easier on myself to just get take out.

I agree it's easier to get some take out. the place mr. chen's is right up the street and i'm really tempted to go there right now since i have to wash up some dishes just to get dinner going tonight  .

No liver, tuna or beets. It's a childhood thing but I will cook liver and tuna and make pickled eggs for my wife, I just don't like any of them.
