One of our deputies hit one Friday evening just as I was leaving work. He had it given away before he called in on the radio to let us know.

I called him up and gave him down the road, told him I was wanting some meat to jerkify.

I don't think it was too serious. I had a colonoscopy and a CT scan. They did not find what I was really worried about but found
diverticulitis and treated it with intravenous antibiotics.
Now I'm on a low residue diet.

Three days without food was the worst part.

And the low residue diet means I can't have any spicy food.

I've got that divers stuff myself. Well the bulging out at least, NOT the actual disease.

There's Diverticulitis and diverticulosis.

Whatever it is, it's better than what I was worried about.

Now, I could possibly be around when the new knife comes out. But I am 67 so it could be a close horse race.
