The Sheriff really is nice to us. He is VERY employee orientated, or at least as much as the county commissioners will let him be.
He lets me make a lot more decisions on my shift than he does the other folks. Again, cause I've been there so long and was actually a cop for a few years and have the background to take care of things the other dispatchers have to rely on the deputies to take care of.
