but folded in buying my guitar but since I had the pics I listed it online. price it sort of high because I really want comes to selling out. thing sold I'm 30 minutes for $500 more than the deal I worked out with the other guy who folded.

yup, sad to see the guitar go but happy some new awesomeness will be headed my way.
just hope this guy doesn't flakeon me. I know Gibson monitors eBay and will sometimes bid on items and then report them as violations.

i listed it as "new other" but sometimes some companies will only let dealers list things as "new". i know some manufactures are big into canceling auctions to stop dealers from selling stuff at dealer cost.

sometimes new means you get the manufacture warranty. not the case with this item since gibson only honors the warranty for the original purchaser. so sometimes they will report this as a violation when stuff is listed as "new". essentially reserving the "new" designation for authorized dealers.
