The Sheriff told my son that I was the go-to guy in Dispatch, and they keep giving me other stuff to do. Employers think telling you or someone else things like that really matter. It happens where I work as well and it just means they know they can count on you to do the work others haven't done. My boss like to say "They're doing the best with what they have to work with", I always reply with quit hiring idiots.
