I was down on liner locks for a long time and now have a bunch. Works well with the ZT.
The ZT is a better slicer, but I used them both on some garlic and pork shoulder yesterday and the matrix did great...it went through the thick skin and fat solo easily.

A lot of liner locks do seem "Flimsy". And I have been concerned more than once about possible failure because of how thin the lock was or because it went over to far and hit the other liner. Now a Frame lock, well, that's a whole different story.

Any microtech fans in the house? Anybody have a SOCOM Delta they could show and tell me about. I've been very impressed with the minimatrix from a quality and feel point of view. The Delta is on my radar now too!

I ordered a Mini Grip yesterday, lots of people love theirs and I got a really good price on one so I figured I'd see what the fuss is all about.
