OK, just make sure the milk isn't out of date and the cookies are fresh. (You might need to sample them just to make sure).

Sauces are made and veggies roasted. I have pots ready for the perogi and I have to cut the fish into portions to broil. Wife is breading some stuffed zucchini rolled up with cheese and a slab apple pie is in the oven.

Yes, my wife's family. We actually cut back this year not knowing how much I could help but I'm good as long as I can sit for a few. We usually do Chilean sea bass, seared sea scallops, grilled shrimp and homemade perogi forgot the apple pie plus a few different sides. We cut the scallops and shrimp but she added crab imperial. She finally realize all the seafood was last minute and it was to hard to time just right.

We go to my brother's tomorrow and another brother comes as well. The one we visit cooks like a fool, rigatoni, meatballs, saugage, ham, turkey, homemade wedding soup as well as veggie trays and meat & cheese, homemade cookies and nut rolls, pitzels.
I kid you not RIDICULOUS and I tell him stop making so much.
