that one looks pretty good, but I try to stay away from leather wallets when possible, since mine go through the washer pretty regularly.
I needed one I could wear around my neck, because I hate those [censored] money belts, and it had to be big enough for my passport. I'm gonna try not to carry a lot of cash when I'm in russia, because the cops are always hitting people up for bribes, but they can't take more than you have. and the pickpockets are apparently very, very good at getting anything in any pockets, so something you can wear under your clothes is vitally important. my ex from vladivostok used to carry around cash inside her bra, just to be safe. came to the states with like 3000US tucked in there. good time getting it out!

I'm waiting for a bunch of books, a little tripod, lights, clothes, knives...had a little shopping spree the last couple days. retail therapy helps a little sometimes.

the city I'm going to is the fourth largest in russia, samara. it was the second capital during WWII while moscow was occupied, and it's gorgeous. right on the volga.

Well, that took longer than expected <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> it was a decent movie though as far as entertainment anyway.

PS camera din, 6.2 mp. hey, take a look at them powershots bro, they really are sweet and you can always get lenses for em. we will get a nice dslr eventually, we really want one.
