All, if anyone is on tonight, I'm begging a favor. My sister is incredibly depressed and can't see any reason to go on. If anyone would be willing to send out prayers, smoke, or positive thoughts it would mean a great deal. I've called and emailed her friends to ask them to check in but she's on the opposite side of the continent from me and my parents. Just need her to get through the next few days and hopefully she'll pull through. Thanks.

Feeling down and out is something that everyone goes through. The fact that she was able to even tell you that she is feeling blue is a good thing. Let her know that you care.
