My wife and Jordan and I are still the same as always - but my oldest son's mom just snatched him up and moved out of state.

Sounds like she and I will be able to work things out, but her daughter's father (essentially my son's stepdad) is going to be having a custody battle royale with her, from the sounds of it...

It'll all work out though - I'm sure.

Commander has the corkscrew - I only know this because I just got one last week for $13 at Shopko - its what started this SAK madness for me!

When my folks divorced, the custody was 50/50. My parents did something rather unusual: They bought houses across the street from each other, and I switched houses every other day. (Eventually, it drifted to both houses several times a day, going wherever I wanted whenever I wanted.) It worked well.

I don't know whether this is feasible in your situation, but if it is, it's worth considering, to minimize the impact of divorce and custody issues on your son.
