How is the swing weight on the 1111 vs the 1311? I like the longer length and slimmer profile of the 1311 but I need a reason to get a 1111, too! It MIGHT swing more like the legendary DogFather. Having never handled an 1111 though I can't say for sure. I THINK the 11 is .250 and the DF was .276.

Well if the information I have in the knife specs thread is correct the 1111 weighs in about 1.6oz more than the DF.

I don't have a DF,,,yet :-) But if I did, I'd still buy a 1111. You can only get them new from the shop once. Nothing wrong with having two or more knives ? :-) lol, give me a little I'll think of some more reasons. Oh it supports the Yard directly by buying from the shop.
