Scary... Spent way too much time shopping and even more money!

The drive home was long and slow as it was storming most of the way and there was about 2" of snow on the highway.

Good to be home now!

I hear ya on both accounts.

I've driven in some snow at highway speed when I really should have been going about 1/3 that fast... would have been a 21 hour trip though! The 18 wheelers were all still going and it was a nightmare trying to get around them... Couldn't see ANYTHING in front of me, so I'd just drive along right beside them and stay a couple feet away from their sidemarkers...

Well guys, I had better go and start unpacking and putting stuff away! I'll probably wander in a little later.

Cheers!

Homework is kicking my butt. And Jordan got his hands on a permanent marker - drew alllllll over his bed and a nice wooden chest that a buddy of mine made me waaaaay back.

Dang it! Sounds like you should put a bell around his neck. If it goes quiet, find him fast cause he is up to something!

Yeah - nothing is safe any more. He moves chairs around to climb up and get things that are "high up" - so that doesn't work anymore for keeping things away from him!

On a positive note, I was working on homework and went looking for him, and he was on his potty chair taking a poop!

He's real good about waiting until you put him on the chair, but this was the first time he's gone and done it on his own!

see now this pic is not full of cool, fun gear. it is, however, full of hard working, ideal tools for the woods. sad but true, but it does't get much better than this.

Where'd ya get the prybar?

I'd probably go w/ my RC3 instead of the Mora, and the OHT now that I have one will definitely be in the mix

550 cord is essential, and I have some good leather gloves in my truck at all time. My brother got me a Fenix L2D Premium for Xmas, so I'll have that in a couple months as well...

cheap pry bar, $1 i think, maybe $2. wrapped it at home. that mora's the triflex model, a pretty serious knife. differentially treated carbon steel of a slightly thicker stock than most moras, but the edge goes back further with no secondary bevel so it remains very thin. one sharp motha that stays that way. not to mention light and comfy.
