Patty and I make bologna omelets every once in a while. Her sister and husband used to laugh at us until they tried it once (hot dog omelets too). Slather some picante sauce on it and Chow down!

I put ham and peppers and onions in my omelets, plus a little cheese. Nothing fancy

Patty doesn't like peppers so we don't use them. No biggie to me.

We use them in about everything. I love sweet peppers.

Peppers are not my favorites, but I can abide them as long as they're cooked.

I like the jalepeno peppers we use for making poppers. But I can't eat the seeds, that's where the heat is.

I love the flavor, but I have to take the seeds out first.

Now pepper poppers I DO like. Filled with cheese, breaded and deep fried... Yummy goodness.

I think I have a recipe in the cookbook thread for mine. They're baked, not fried. But they're something else.

Mine are stuffed with cheese and topped with bacon.

And you KNOW that everything is better with bacon!
