I started carrying a ZT0200 when they first came out and all I heard was how heavy it was. You do get used to the weight - then you start to miss it.

Works for me because I drop a lot of stuff and the lost weight lets me know to sstart looking. wink

Guess that's what I get for paying $5.00 for a flea market postage scale. But it DOES weigh well up to it's limit. (What ever that is)

You just have to calibrate the groans and count. It like counting the spins on the bathroom scale. laugh

Hehe, electronic postal type scale. Nothing spins, just lights up.

OK, on my H/F electronic scale the GTI folder weighs 7.2 ounces. I also weighed my 11-11, and it clocked in at 21.4 ounces.

As I was checking out my GTI folder again I took a closer look at the pivot area, between the blade and liners. It appears as if the blade is sandwiched between two (One on each side) phosphor bronze bushings. I don't know if they are solid bushings or with numerous holes like the bushings in CRK bushings.

The back of the handle uses barrel spacers for approx 2/3 of it's length with the final portion filled with a solid laminated (possibly G10 or Micarta) material.

I switched up the pocket clip to allow for tip down carry today. I was less than happy. It seems as if when you move the clip to allow for tip down carry the thumb studs catch on the top of your pocket coming out and going back in. At least they did for me. Oh well no big deal I just put them back to the (as it comes) tip up carry.
