So I have never been to a Five Star steak house that didn't have nice knives (el gaucho, Morton's, Ruth Chris, Ringside, to name a few) and I don't know if they were pinko commie or not? Even the ones in Texas and Arizona seemed right. Left, right if they don't have a sharp knife I won't go back.

That being said in dream land it take the Scrap Muk, and the Ruger 357 is OC!

Not the way I like to eat it. Run the cow by me, I'll kill it, then just sear it to make sure it doesn't moo!

So what you're saying is that in YOUR restaurant the 1311 IS your steak knives?

Oh and the Pinko Commie remark was just for a little color. I don't care WHAT they are as long as they got good steak. I am TOTALLY Non-partisan when it comes to good steaks. grin
