He was on an unfamiliar highway (max speed of 70, so I am guessing it was an interstate). He came up over a hill and there was an on ramp just over the crest (you couldn't see it he said from his side of the hill), he had just raised his soda bottle to take a drink, popped over the hill and hit a truck load of Mexicans merging into traffic doing an estimated 25-30 mph.

He said his chest is sore (from the airbag) but other than that he is OK. He said that the radiator was pushed up over the top of the engine.

Yeah he said he was just sore. He's back home now from his work week (works 8 and off 6, then repeat). We're going over to his house in the morning.

The driver (Maybe the driver) said she got whiplash (she was BTW the only one that could speak English). The trooper there said that as coincidentally there has been quite a few wrecks in the same spot, same scenario. Kinda makes you wonder.
