Everyone's ideas sound great! I just find it amazing & great that Dan involves and ask input from his JYD's! This is why I love this place, Pack mentality!

The last all black MM must have gone to some guy in the Show Me state. I heard that he's using it to slice up his breakfast biscuits and gravy. Yep. Because I am still pining away for a never available black handle on the now-discontinued Mud Mutt (some people got them though). Maybe the option of different colored finishes for JYD's would be something, or perhaps a LE satin finished edition for JYD's only. With numbers, of course. I REALLY like this idea, including patches! WHAT! You mean you didn't get yours yet.

PS - Regarding Newsletter. I don't understand the concept of limiting this to JYD's. You have already leveraged the Busse-kin Newsletter from Pokey very well. However, I would just aim to use it for ALL of your releases. The 11-11 never made it to the newsletter (that I recall). Additionally, it would be ideal if the newsletter announcements were sent at the same time as items being launched in the storefronts (for all of Bussekin).
Perhaps you're thinking of something different? Regardless, I like the newsletter concept. If executed well, it means I don't have to be on the boards every single day and I get access to announcements. Interesting feedback Thanks Dan

I would like to see JYD numbers on the blades available again. Even if there were an extra charge. Another interesting idea Thanks Dan

Any advanced info would be appreciated. That could get the info on the board and circulated. A group of testers that will post pictures, comparisons and opinions is crucial to a product that does not have a dealer network. Although I like the idea of free shipping, guaranteed first in line, etc., those are expensive policies to maintain in the long run. I really liked the JYD numbers that were added to the 1311s, items that are members' only offerings, limited time discounts, etc. Those are great ideas - keep the beer/whisky and bacon sales copy coming, too. Good feed back I had not thought of shipping Thanks Dan
