The Ayoob! The "shouldcouldadidnt" knife which haunts my dreams (and will continue unless the new version has a tip-up wire clip like on the UKPK and Caly3...)
Nice score!
Leatherface,
You're not carrying enough knives. You could probably wear a few more with some rigs. Or are you saving space for "The Unprettier?"

I am still trying to convince myself to carry my Rat Trap....I still find it difficult to use a 140 (Retail) pocket knife. But I do carry my CRKT M21-04 and a Busse SK. While working it is my most very favorite small knife of all....HOWLING FAT!!! Just start off easy and slow. Like cutting open bags and what not. It'll get easier once you see how well it works. I was using mine yesterday to cut up cardboard and speaker cables. Performed like a champ! Thanks again for selling it to me. Now go give yours a workout!

I carry a Benchmade model 5500 Mini Auto-presido. I think it retails for about 220.00. And yes I do use it. I will however admit that it was tough taking that firast cut with the thing. Peace Jerry

I tend to rotate thru carry folders, depending on mood or what is going on. last week, I carried my old Spydie Military. Today, I was toting a handmade Alan Elishwitz 4'' blade spearpoint with an unsharpened false edge, with a single side grind ala Emerson. Got the knife from Alan in NY maybe 15 years ago; it was my first custom folder. This was back when he was more tactically oriented, as opposed to his fancier work now. It set me back 200, which was quite a discount from his list price, at the time.

Andy, I'd like to see a pic of that sheath. You are very creative, in that regard. I have been impressed by some of the stuff you have shown over at the swamp.

I beat the Tar out of my HOGFSH, but for some reason I am fighting using a comparitivly low priced folder?! Help me understand this You do realize that the warranty is rock solid. There was a guy who broke his doing stupid stuff (batoning wood and prying inch thick ice) and they honored the warranty. Using it for regular tasks is nothing. It is also not very expensive. . . That is all the pep talk I can muster, now go cut something
