Most likely, although popularity and supply have brought the price down materials price compared to the past.

I'm cool with INFI and SR101 though. It was just a unique and interesting idea that'll probably never happen. grin

Titanium works for Mission Knives, but they are priced like the Busse Combat shop! shocked

You just have to know where to find them. I've got a couple and although I haven't used them much, they seem built to perform well and I didn't pay near what they are priced. I have a fixed blade model that I usually carry canoeing because it won't rust no matter how wet it gets. And it's very light weight too.

I'll be honest I like SR101. I like carbon steels best. I don't know what you type classify INFI as. But it's probably the best cutlery steel ever made.
