I strongly prefer dumbbells as well. Less risk of cheating on your form or letting one side compensate slightly for the other side!
Just getting expensive to find dumbbells for bench press though. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> [/quote] Yeah one side can get stronger quickly, and you don't always notice it. I also like that you use more stabilizers to stabilize the weight, and you can work different angels so really target what you are aiming for. there is a site called http://www.beastskills.com/ with some crazy own body weight training, if you are running out of dumbell weight, but i get a different feeling from gym which i like, so i really like both ... i guess i just like training ... lol

although I have to admit that I have thought that handstand push ups would be fun.

Depending on the environment you are in, it is something to be aware of.
I have had light surface rust show up on my Dog Father, however I had been outside in the snow, it got cold and then I had it in the warm house. I normally wipe my satin blades down with rust inhibitor and the exposed edges on all none stainless blades
What kind of maintenance would you suggest for the DMLE? I will be carrying the blade with me and it gets pretty hot here in summer, so my main concern would be rust from sweat.

What i also like is you can keep increasing the intensity. like doing a handstand clapping push up! i think that's crazy! lol Even those one arm chin ups, that's incredible strength, keeping in mind he weights close on 80 Kg's.
