I forget what my previous comment was, but there is no use checking it, as I'm sure you just blew me up.

I WILL use it... I REALLY will... I just grab the DF every time I'm headed for the woods though. I really should get the Mistress out though.

It'll be spontaneous, when I do end up using it...

So you use yours for the first time THIS WEEK and then decide to bust me out, huh?

It'd be a little easier for me to do if I had another Mistress hanging out to be my safe queen

Mine does have some wear on the pommel though, so it isn't Mint, and I have NO real reason to keep it unused...

Which of these two (rough) paragraphs would be better for starting out a paper on the Taser? Both (edit: "are") more conceptual than scholarly paragraphs at this point...

In years past, law enforcement officers have had very few tools to use in order to gain compliance from individuals that refuse to cooperate with the officer. Many of these compliance tools carried with them a high risk for injury to the noncompliant individual. Baton, ASP, blackjack, and PR24 are names given to some of the various impact weapons that have been in the police officer’s arsenal of compliance tools. Messy chemical agents have also been used by law enforcement officers, such as pepper spray, mace, OC, and tear gas have been tried with mixed success. (then introduce the Taser...)

OR

The experience of being shot with a TASER is one that is difficult to articulate. My initial thought as I was laying on the ground after being “tased” was that “this must be what it feels like to be struck by lightning.” 50,000 volts of incapacitating electricity coursing through my body for “the longest five seconds of my life” was quite an interesting experience. My only goal in the seconds before I was tased was to not scream. I made it through the first one or two seconds in silence, and let out a roar as I felt each of the pulses of electricity going through my body.

I'm sure I'd be the same way.

I use the heck out of my DF though - its been through a good 20-25 chopping sessions and it is just a pleasure to do business with. My Rangers and RTAK's are so uncomfortable compared to the DF - I can't imagine the Mistress being as had friendly as ResC.
