Usually I feel the same way. But it (pre Benadryl) was normal for me to wake up 5-6 times a day.

About the only time I get "normal" sleep is when we take a trip somewhere!  I love our critters, but they can be a real PIA!

But, I have found that under certain, very sporadic occasions, a time warp does occur here. I mean that is the only explanation I can come up for loss of time.
