Hey I'm looking for an ambi billet lower for a build. Do you guys have any recommendations?

So far it seems Seekins, SanTan, A-Dac,

But I can't seem to find many good affordable options.

Any recommendations?

Have you looked at Mega? I don't know if they do ambi, but I came close to buying a matched billet lower and monolithic upper from them when I first started AR shopping. After finding out how much the entire rifle was going to cost me, I adjusted my requirements.

Just checked. They make one that matches billet uppers, and one that matches forged uppers.

Yeah they are sweet. Not sure if they still have a long lead time though

Larue makes some good ones I hear. I wonder if JPEnterprises sells stripped lowers

Why do you want Billet? (curious)

What he said. I like the clean lines and some of the ergo features quality billets offer. Also you gotta love when a good billet and good upper meet.... Looks like a match made in heaven....

Ergos...on a lower / upper? The only things I touch are the grip (technically just an addon), charging handle, bolt catch and the trigger. Curious what ergos you utilize?

If you just want it...I get it. I was just curious if there was something functional you desired about it.

I'd research billet vs forged.

I never grab my magwell...but I've seen others do it.

Got to have some fun live action drills on Friday. 3/4 pigs...2 on the move after the first took a dirt nap. AR's are way too much fun. Just get one, get out and shoot it laugh
