BOV are a topic I've been thinking about a lot lately. In my estimation there are three categories: A) Daily driver. This is your normal vehicle but well equipped. B) Dedicated BOV. This is likely a 4WD with a healthy dose of provisions, but could also be a bicycle, motorcycle, 4-wheeler, etc. C) Mobile Retreat. This is a BOLOW (bug out location on wheels).
