It might not be a bad idea if the Yard offered a similar kit. Considering how many "how to sharpen" threads are started. I know I posted one. I would have rather bought a ScrapYard kit. Somehow I know it would be better. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Everyone should own a good strop. That being said, most of the factory edges on ScrapYard knives I've seen need a little refining before they go to a strop.
