The Troy rails are nice, but I opted to use a set of KAC since they are pop on and off and I did not loose my hg retaining ring. Look at the Daniel Defense Omega rails too.

I went with a Vltor carbine stock, but might end up with a LMT SOPMOD before too long since I like the cheek weld and not loosing facial hair (OUCH).

Magpul MIAD are nice but if you are not going to use all the stuff look at the MOE--no mold lines, or flash to catch stuff on.
