Great question as you well understand: morale is critical to survival.

My answer is: BIBLE. My secondary answer would be a deck of Playing Cards with knot tying information on them. My wife and I could play cards (or you can play solitaire type games) and entertain/distract yourself by practicing different knots (which is a valuable survival skill).
