Ya I went for about an hour yesterday starting with the cheaper cutlery .
Yes the leather belt, compound, 600 grit and 1000grit belts cost more than the Harbor Freight belt sander.
I tried it out on my 411 only after about 45 min of practice. Used the 600 then the leather. Mirror I tell ya.
I believe once I have all the kitchen knives the way I want 'em, keeping them super sharp should only take an hour once a month.
I'm thinking I'm going to have no problem winning the sharpest knife contest at next years "Man's" dinner at church.
BTW picture taking is not my forte. I'll do my best.
