Our just does weird things. We went in with Tritech to test the newest platform.
Certain calls will populate history by phone number so if it is an alarm no matter what address it is will show a prior history for every call from the same company.

Plus it does weird things to our MDC screens and every time they "fix" something it makes something else go wrong.
