Well first it was hard selling, but I´m going to buy an appartment which is like 300k $...so it dosen´t hurt to get some cash in...

I know living is different over there but I have never understood the whole condo/apartment/town home thing. I don't want to own something that shares walls with people I don't know. That may just be the Merica in me coming out. lol

I have seen town homes condemned because one of the "homes" was being used as a meth lab and I am guessing you wont be coming out ahead on that deal.
