speaking of sucking lemons, amazons friday sales??? bowling shirts last few fridays! wthockeypuck....

yeah, i haven't seen much there.

despite loving my new macbook, i still want that little asus.

we are living in a material world....

i mention that because it's in my amazon cart, as was an alox classic and a guitar book on chord tone soloing.

the asus desktop is coming out (sep) she was telling me about it today(Emonitor or such) 1/2 a K.

how much for the laptop EEE PC? under 2 hun right?

that was the original plan. that's only for contract buyers now. the 4G with a 512 dimm is $399.

not as good a deal but considering that os will run fine on those specs and i only want it for nights like tonight, it's reasonable to me.

(I'm talking to her in the backround) she said she's seen it for 199 some places (EEE PC)! we'll be getting one. Linux here I come!

probably bare bones..

put that natural spalted maple guitar in my cart, along with a hard case. with shipping, it's $450.92. [censored] to that the $80 seymour duncan SH5 humbucker i'll drop in and $40 min installation, and it never ends.

I'm still happily running Ubuntu here!

Although I do feel like i have betrayed my Slackware roots. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

get two!!!! i'll paypal you. make sure it's the 4gig model or better!

Pretty easy to spend money huh mag? At least it is fun. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

something about a mainstream linux distribution rubs me wrong. i know it's supposed to be like a victory for linux, but it feels so unnatural.
