It is warming up here Dan! Was down past the -50c mark a few days ago and it is pushing -33c here now. Suppose to get right up to about 0 by thursday! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> woohoo!

We had record snows here last month, and ice. So many branches down here and a canvas shed is down, I'll be working the DF as soon as it's not so muddy! Lots to clean up. I also heard the sun-spots/aurora's have been few and far inbetween, and it's suppose to be high! weather, get used to "different!!" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

Well, the thing is that we are at the start of a new solar cycle. They don't know yet if it is going to be a busy or a quiet one. Seems like the experts are divided into two camps on it.

We have a lot of snow down and have had a lot of cold, however the only unusual thing is that we missed our warm period mid to late december. We normally end up with a week or two of nice weather around -15c or so.

Argggh!!! My sister is an idiot!! I just got an email saying that she is taking Mom to the ER. That's it, no details, nothing. Last time something serious happened, she emailed me that Grandpa had fallen and broke his hip, but I didn't need to come up as it wasn't that bad. He was 93 at the time and did not survive. She has no common sense at all.

She is at least trying to help your Mom by taking her to the hospital for whatever - hopefully nothing too serious. Hey Ted- I havea sister that is a mental case- I am serious. I take care of my Mom as she has Parkinsons and my sister calls me every week for $$$. She is a drug addict ( pills- sister) I keep her awy from my Mom when she is ripped. Klink is right though- try to see it from all perspectives as it makes you a better person in the end.
