A run sounds good, but it looks like the treadmill for me today. It is rainy here in Montana.

I went running yesterday...
Along lake Michigan here in Chicago...
was really nice weather out.
60 and sunny... Nice! I went for a run yesterday too. It was raining early here but cleared up and turned really nice in the early afternoon. Nothing like a good run in beautiful weather.

I have not... I am working my way back into shape for a 5k. I have never been a long distance runner, only just starting to add distance.

I've been running on and off for a while now. No races as of yet, but I do plan on running a 10K sometime soon. My current outdoor runs are just over 5 miles and my speed is getting better. I've also been doing a lot of interval training on the treadmill which really helps.
