Oh, forgot to say, I keep going back to my Benchmade Monochrome. Works really well now that I put some self adhesive sandpaper by the pivot pin and alongside the clip and the lock.
Edit, I also REALLY like the Benchmade vex. Not all that expensive but they seem to have gotten things right with this one!

Can anyone tell me about the size of the Sage/Sage 2 vs the Delica? I like my Delicabut was thinking about something a little bigger and the Sage 2 is just incredible looking to me...

Or maybe a Caly3...Manix 2/mini manix...too many choices sometimes!

RN-
I own both and the Sage is a little bigger and fits in my hand better than the Delica. The Sage is an awesome blade for the price, especially the Sage I. Here are some specs for comparison:
Delica:
length overall 7 1/8" (181 mm)
blade length 2 7/8" (73 mm)
length closed 4 1/4" (108 mm)
cutting edge 2 9/16" (65 mm)
weight 2.5 oz (71 g)

Sage:
length overall 7 1/8" (181 mm)
blade length 3" (76 mm)
length closed 4 3/16" (106 mm)
cutting edge 2 5/8" (67 mm)
weight 3.2oz (91g)

The difference isn't that big when comparing specs but the Sage just feels bigger than it is and is more comfortable to hold. You can't go wrong with the Sage or Sage II. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks! Great info...I thought the Sage looked bigger...it's so hard to tell from photos.

The Sage 2 just looks so sweet next to the 1...

My favorite true pocket folder (not talking tactical etc...) is the Kershaw Double Cross. It's got a pretty slick liner lock, the blades are shaving sharp from the factory and I mean you could shave you face.

Hey clintor, you out there? Why did you ditch the Sage II??? I gotta know? That is the one folder talking to me now! (if I wasn't paying off a Waki- it would have been mine the second I saw your post!!)
