I am really bummed about not getting mine today, I was hoping to put it to work with some BBQ duty.
I'm really thinking I will get rid of the mud puppy soon - I think at this point I'm mostly holding onto it just to have another knife with mudders. I'm getting rid of mine. It was an impulse buy anyway. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

Hey guys. I was wondering if any of you could tell me what I should expect to pay for a Scrap Muk on the secondary market? I know they were $100 new so I'm thinking $150-$200...? Is that about right or too high? Too low? Thanks. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I would say 150 is typical second hand pricing - if you are patient, you can score one much cheaper (mine was less than that, including a rainwalker kydex sheath).

That's the LE one with G10 handle. Very nice, matches the M9LE. Would make a sweet combo! Yes it does. My camera took a dump this morning but I wanted to take a pic of my M9LE and HCLE.

It was used to cut some veggies and had a few minor scratches from the kydex sheath.
It was listed on bladeforums by our own el clintor, and I was quick to snatch it up.

mine was also a high number, the one you just snagged on the exchange is low numbered and minty - you'd expect to pay a premium for that...
*I* wouldn't pay that premium, but I much prefer users to safe queens. I'm gonna beat it anyways, so I don't want to pay the extra money to get a non-beaten one.
For the condition it was in, though, the one I bought from Clint was a steal.

Cool. It was on my list and I don't see many anymore being offered so I figured i would snag one while it's there. Would rather of payed $120 or around there. Thanks for the info.
