This year we just went to the town show. My dad is in charge of the graduation at the college where I live so we never get a chance to buy fireworks before the 4th. My uncle usually puts on a show so we get to set off fireworks there but he didn't do it this year.

Ah, we went to a friends place where there was a lot of the church family and their kids. I enjoyed watching them but only threw a handful of Black Cats. Normally we go to the wife's grandparents but due to horses being in the area it was decided it was not worth the hassle to move them for a 1 1/2 drive. I know my nephew and neices sure missed the flare gun this year--that was the first thing out of their mouths when I got there LOL.

my Canada Day BBQ, chicken breasts and beef cubes, marinated in finely chopped garlic, basil, mustard, ketchup, rum, salt/peppr, ranch sauce for about an hour.
