I haven't kept count. A lot.
I'm not saying that success is likely, but when something is important, one has to make the best effort possible.
Hope springs eternal.
i don't know her, and i'm not you, and i've probably never been in a relationship of that nature, but i've never found it worth my pain to deal with malevolent people who see the effort you'll take to be there for them, and find nothing of value in that.
I understand your perspective, but I hope the good she showed when we were involved can be resurrected.
Also, even though I am not at all religious, and not from any Christian heritage, I respect and am influenced by some of JC's views on these matters.
Those who have fallen farthest are most in need of a helping hand.

Additionally, I am freakishly determined. My persistence is endless, whenever something matters to me.
That's a big part of my success in nature photography. But that aspect of me is there in everything. When something matters to me, I never give up.
As long as there is life, there are possibilities, and there is still hope.
