Hi guys, I can't tell you how good it is to be back buying knives! Had to pass on everything since the Muk and it's been killing me.... Happy to say I've got 3 S5LE's with my name on them now!

My GF and I bought our first house in May so the knife budget went out the window for a while. It was well worth it to make our way out of the city center and into the country. I had been living right beside the port for the previous 2 years and I can't even see another house from my house now.

Another reason my knife budget took a back seat was my road connects directly to thousands of miles of trail system for ATVs and Snowmobiles, I can be on the main trail in 5 minutes from my driveway. So naturally I NEEDED an ATV. I ended up selling my beloved GSXR 1000 and picking up a 2009 Kawasaki Brute Force 750, apparently the last camo one in Canada as it had to come all the way from the head office in Ontario... 14" ITP SS212s and 26" Maxxis Bighorns were fitted before I picked it up.

I suppose I should run and snap some pictures right now....

What a gorgeous house - I would love to be able to live somewhere like that again. Makes me miss growing up on a farm - I've been in cities or suburban hell since I graduated high school.

Gorgeous place you have there NB. I would love to have a place like that. I am very tired of my gated community in the city. I would much rather live in the woods somewhere. Maybe my next home...For now though, I am planning a Smokey Mtn. trip and i already have two cabins with mountain views reserved. Can't wait.

As far as what you have missed...You can still pick up S5CG's on BF for $130 or less. And, you can still buy a Waki or a Busse Tank Buster as both are still up for sale. Good luck! And Welcome back.

Thanks guys, we were really lucky to get the house, if we hadn't been the first people to look at it we wouldn't have. We had a very conservative budget as I'm in the construction trades and frequently laid off but it actually came in about 30 percent less than we had budgeted.. (A VERY good thing for the knife and ATV fund)

The only downside is the 60 miles each way to work! And I've been on 12hr shifts for almost a year.
But it's only 25-30min to the City (Saint John) and 10 min to the regional airport so DEFINITELY worth the drive.

I guess the only other downside is I don't have a garage yet, but the new bike is just great at dragging trees across the yard as I make room for one.

Holy crap. Need a room mate? =P I moved to one of the biggest cities in the US and just miss trees so much every day. Thankfully my wife and I agreed to move to a place much like yours in a couple of years. Just have to make that billion dollar business first

The house is actually really small, only the one loft bedroom, the main level and an unfinished walkout basement. It was advertised as the ultimate bachelor pad but luckily my girlfriend is cool as hell and isn't happy unless she's drinking beer on the deck or on the back of the atv with me.
