Just got back from the Monarch where Blade West is being held. Of course, The Busse table seemed to have the most people around it although judging from the pics I've seen of Blade in Atlanta, the West Coast Blade Show is much smaller.

Had a chance to meet Bruce and spied a few other people who I think are members of the Yard, although I didn't get a chance to shake their hand as I was waiting to proxy for MustardMan.

First thing of interest was SRKW had out the M9CG. Nice looking blade....if I hadn't already used my LE I would have thought about picking one up.
















It was only on the table for a minute before someone picked it up, but they had out a Dogfather w/ Moss Green Blade.


Unfortunately they didn't have any S5LE's to look at, but they'll be arriving soon enough. No Black Mudder Muk's as I had hoped for either, but I did score me a Black Mudder BDLE. There we're only two on the table and the otherone was bought at the same time mine was.....it had to be a member of the Yard, I mean..who else would show up dressed in Slacks, Dress Shirt and a Tie with a Regulator strapped to his hip? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />


I also picked up my girlfriend her first Busse-kin...a Blue and Black G-10 Custom Shop Hairy Carry.






I may go back on Sunday when I have more time to hang around.

I wish I cold have seen the BOSS Street but it was HOGs only.

The did have a DF on the table that was slimmer then normal.

Maybe those Muks will be at Knob Creek -- it's less than a month away. I'd have been scooping up any Moss, Bama Clay, or Arctic White DFs I could lay my hands on. I see a pair of SDs, and and unless my eyes deceive me, there's a pumkin-handled Pork Belly Skinner at the edge of that second picture -- that would be a fine old-school Busse to snag.

Did you get one of those Bama Clay DMs for MM?
