Mine is rolling around on the mat, hoping and wishing for a bottle of oxygen. I had one of my senior tell me he was going to get me this year..................I say fine but I will pull old man tricks and my experience will prevail. I sure hope so, if not you will see a post from the wife for a fire sale

work's up and down. had a pretty good day overall but one of our clients totally grilled me and said some nasty stuff about my boss. couldn't fault him for it, either.
one way or another i'm gonna beat him by making sure he doesn't regret choosing us.

I think I will be doing something this week I might regret, at least in the beggining. A lite routine with the frre weights, and working on getting into some type of shape besides round. I have been round all my life, but I have went from a sickly 220 to a pear 255. I really don't care if I hurt--I already hurt so what the heck.

My family's crest, we are Scot-Irish frome the middle lands (Reiver lands) is Concedo Nulli. That is how we ended up being with Robert the Bruce and William Wallace, then sent to Ireland to quell the problematic Irish, then sided against King James, went to a headless Clan then to America. I am happy to see my iffy decision making is passed down!

last friday i did something a little different. continuous motion of the tri's, chest, and abs for an hour with only 30 lbs dumbbells.
it was a rough workout.

Burn-out. I hvave control of the off-season wrestling program this year. I normally coach football but I am out on it right now due to other ideas/conflicts. Anyway, the kids I have are truly tired after an hour workout. Cardio hard one day, lift hard one day, two combo sprint/burn-outs, and a fun day seems ot be working well with our guys. I had a few of them in jr high and they knew me, but the newer movins/come-outs kinda doubted me. After showing my "bling" from my time on the mat and coaching they are all behind it now. Funny how shinny things can lend credintials. The thing is they they have bought in full tilt. The sr's. were mine when they were 8th graders and they have a hunger..............got to love it. I figured I could get back into the routine and show them that anthing is possible LOL. Man, my muscles ache already........ugh.
