Ok, 7 more posts after this one. At first I thought the handle on the New TAZ RAT would be painful.

But on second look I saw where the sides of the center raised portion were nicely rounded off and THAT got me to thinking.

There will probably be a lot of folks making Safe Queens out of this blade, but it remindes me of another blade.

Namely, the Chopweiler! Now we all know the esteem that blade is held in. Either because we own one (no I don't) or buy all the good words that have been said about it.

Just look at the blade. It may not look just like one, but look at the lines, the overall shape and outline of it.

It should make for a pretty good working blade, as well as a pretty nice safe queen.

We know that it will be a sturdy thing, I mean just look at the last name (Taz Rat BUSSE)!

Just that last name alone tells us it's gonna be like the cockroach. IT'S A SURVIVOR, of ANYTHING you can throw at it.

Wow, 446K in JUST over 4 years. That's a lot of posting! I would say DAN has diffently had his 15 minutes of fame! And I for one am proud to have had the opportunity to help "put him on the map" of knife makers!

Man, the Taz Rat and a Warden would make a really nice piggyback combo....JEFF, you listening? You could make up a set using ALL Australian leathers of some sort. Bet you could make up something real purty!
