I really need a sheath for it. I was showing it to my sarge tonight, and I realized it is a great blade. Just never messed with it much since I got it.

It could be an often carried knife if I had a sheath for it. May be time to call Rainwalker for that Rattlesnake inlay sheath I was talking about a while back

I've about decided to get a Scrapivore LE and use my shop credit to offset the cost between the LE and CG, then get a CG later on too. Then I can update my family pic

That sounds like a good plan. I wouldn't mind having an LE but I would probably bust it knowing how I use my knives. It I think will just be more cost effective for me to wait and get a CG.

I want to at least get the CG, and that was my original plan. But now I'm thinking I can get both and put the LE up. But if not, I'll at least get a CG and use my shop credit there.

Yeah had 5 deputies on when I got here. Now down to two. Also had 3 cities on and of course e911 and walkins. Now down to 2 cities and probably won't be many if any walkins.

We're just slow tonight, and that's not a bad thing. It's just boring. I've got 6 deputies out on the road, plus two small towns and of course the E911 and walkins. But it's cold and quiet tonight

If you haven't heard, DPX and ESEE have split and the HEST will be discontinued until next year, when they bring it back in a revised form

I'm a huge fan of ESEE knives, and I really want a HEST, but I'm going to wait now till they do the revisions next year before I pull the trigger on one. Plus I want the Scrapivore now.

Not tonight, but may be close by the end of the weekend. Looks to be cold and wet here all weekend, and that means very few calls, plus the deputies won't be stopping many cars if it's raining.
