Coonan Arms! Are they still making them or making them again?

well with age comes wisdom and sometimes second chances. they are making them again. not as cheap though. and it seems they have improved a few things.

pricey but I think id rather have the one beast of a gun than several. i wanted both a nice 4-5" .357 and a 1911. I'll take them in the same gun just fine.

lazi, ayup! Dumb question though, I just don't remember. Will it shoot 38spl?

and that's a .38 special spring in that picture. they made the mags where they can take .38 and you just chance the spring out. might be great to take plinking with the snubby if I can find some cheap ammo. and I'm also thinking about a peer action in .357 as well.

I figured if it would handle 38spl that the recoil spring would need to be replaced with one that is not as stiff.

Never knew it would handle .38 Spec too. Learn something new every day.

i didn't know the gun existed until yesterday. after becoming pretty much obsessed with the idea I spent a good bit of time researching it on the web. if I had the loose funds I would order one in the morning. hope I can seriously look at snagging one by July. I'm 100% sold on the idea.
