In texas they have instant check with the fbi. You fill out some paperwork they call it in an presto...your walking out with what you bought same day.

If you have a concealed carry license you just fill it out, they dont have to call it in, pretty sweet deal.

Now if we just had open carry.

T1, yes it is more difficult in a lot of states, but in my opinion it should be easy in EVERY state, but then again no one will ever ask me.

For example why do they want to deny and restrict peoples right to buy guns and enjoy of their shooting hobby/sport? Instead they could concentrate to the people them selves. I haven´t ever seen or heard of a gun that killed a man. I´ve heard of several men taht killed people.

It´s a fact that some people shouldn´t own guns but why do they want to restrict every peoples right for a hobby of choise?
