Yeah, me too. Don't know what was diff today, but I wish I was that way every day.

I don't know if I even average ONE good days sleep a week or not.

My problem is that I sleep days when I work at night, then sleep nights when I'm off. My body can't get used to a sleep pattern at all.

Yeah the same here. Two nights I'm SEMI-normal.

When I used to work 5 days I'd stay up all night, or at least most of it, on my nights off. Now, I'm ready to go to bed by 11pm. Guess I'm just getting old or something <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

YUP, we must be twins and just didn't know it!

But then again, I can't stand getting up early these days either. I'm so used to sleeping during the day, when I'm off I end up sleeping till at least noon. Or maybe I'm just catching up on what sleep I miss out on during my work days.

Told you before we're twin sons of different mothers!

I don't do mornings very well unless I been up all night. I'm not quite as bad if I don't bet up before 8am on my days off.

When I'm working days, I'm great in the mornings. But doing nights, not so great. I tend to be really cranky till I get woke up, which takes a while. My wife may say I never get woke up LOL

I never work days, mids 5 out of 7 every week.

I've been on night shift for about 18 out of the last 25 years. I actually prefer it to days, but the older I get the worse it is on my body. Just because I'm having more trouble sleeping during the day now than I used to.
