The best advice i can give a new recruits would be to never be the first never be the last. Keep your ears open and your mouth shut. Everything else is academic.

haha thats what i keep on hearing, never be first and never be last.
i had a friend tell me that when he was in the academy he had to write a 4 page essay on why his nose hair was to long lol.
